Cook along with Chef Lindsay as she passes on her expertise in a fun an informative Italian night in!

**This recipe requires a food mill or potato ricer** If you want to make gnocchi without this equipment check out the Gnocchi Pt 2: Ricotta Gnocchi instead :)

Skills you will learn:

  • mixing, rolling, cooking, frying tender on the inside, crispy on the outside potato gnocchi

  • browning butter for a rich nutty flavour

  • squash cream sauce

Skill Level: Moderate

Time: Approx 2 hours (including pre-baking potatoes)

  • Cooking alone or with others (sharing the workload).

  • Have small humans around to “help”

  • Feel free to split the class up and make the gnocchi in the afternoon and sauce before dinner. Refer to the recipes for specific times.
