Vietnamese cuisine has spread through much of the world, and for good reason! Vietnamese-inspired dishes are often simple, balanced and very flavourful. Many dishes will include five fundamental taste senses: spicy, sour, bitter, salty and sweet. Learn more about how to recreate some of the these favourites with the helpful guidance of Chef Wes.

  • Pho ga (chicken)

  • Vietnamese “bun” (vermicelli noodle bowl)

  • Cold rolls

Class Style:

This class is a Night Out style. At a night out class the group comes together to create various parts of the menu. There will be a few specific learning points throughout the cooking portion of the evening with an emphasis on a delicious meal enjoyed by the group after preparation.  Beer and wine available for purchase.
