Chef Jenni is an expert in Saskatchewan food - from foraging her own items to sourcing from local farmers - if it grows here, she knows where to find it and how to prepare it! Eating local can require some creativity as we reach the end of our long winter season. In this class Jenni will share some of her favourite “root cellar” recipes.

  • Smoked Bean Cassoulet with Potato Sage Rolls and Rosehip, Garlic Butter

  • Mead-Poached Prairie Pears with Wolf Willow Berry Whipped Cream

Class Style:

This class is a Night Out style. For a night out class the group comes together to create various parts of the menu. There will be a few specific learning points throughout the cooking portion of the evening with an emphasis on a beautiful meal enjoyed by the group after preparation. Beer and wine available for purchase.
