Interested in gaining practical experience adding meatless meals to your lifestyle? Join our newest class host at The Local Kitchen, Registered Dietitian & Certified Diabetes Educator, Gena Wattam for a cooking class where you’ll get comfortable cooking with plant-based proteins and learn some nutrition tips and tricks along the way. 

Menu:

  • Hummus with raw vegetables (Vegan)

  • Guacamole (Vegan)

  • Black Bean Quesadillas (Vegetarian or Vegan options)  

  • Omega 3 Blueberry Banana Muffins (Vegan) 


Class Style:  This is a Wellness style class. In these classes we partner with local experts from the community to share their practical and theoretical knowledge with class participants. Beer and wine available for purchase.
