Fast food and french cooking don’t typically go hand-in-hand. However, recently Parisian food trucks have been gaining popularity and the city is now home to more that 40 trucks. These trucks are not your typical fast food experience, offering authentic and high-quality products, prepared fresh on the spot. After a recent trip to France, Ludovic gained inspiration from the many delicious dishes he encountered during his travels and he is excited to share them with you at The Local Kitchen!

Class Description: This class is a Night Out style. For a night out class the group comes together to create various parts of the menu. There will be a few specific learning points throughout the cooking portion of the evening with an emphasis on a delicious meal enjoyed by the group after preparation. Beer and wine available for purchase.
