Autumn in Italy *SOLD OUT*

Chef Lindsay trained in Italy where she learned the tricks of the trade in creating mouthwatering classic Italian dishes.  She will be teaching a group of twelve participants about traditional flavour combinations and appreciate the preparation of these world-famous recipes.

Menu:

  • Arancini with sun dried tomatoes and arugula

  • Roasted squash ravioli with pork ragu, walnuts and sage

  • Pumpkin cannolis

Class Style:

This class is a Night Out style. At a night out class the group comes together to create various parts of the menu. There will be a few specific learning points throughout the cooking portion of the evening with an emphasis on a delicious meal enjoyed by the group after preparation.  Beer and wine available for purchase.
