Kimchi is a famous Korean side dish made from salted and fermented vegetables. Adrienne, of Naturally Amped, will walk you through the steps required to make your own kimchi at home and a few ways to use it in recipes.

This is a Skills Class where the emphasis will be on learning a specific culinary skill. This class will include a light tasting during the class plus samples to take home!
