Cast Iron Cooking *SOLD OUT*

Cast iron is durable, versatile and can be used to create some incredible dishes, however it is important to learn how to properly use and season your pan.  Bring your pan and let Chef Wes walk you through benefits of using cast iron, proper care and how to create a variety of unique and delicious dishes!

If you would like to attend the event but do not have your own cast iron pan let us know in the "notes" section when booking and we can arrange to have one for you to use in the class. 

Class Style:

This class is a Night Out style. At a night out class the group comes together to create various parts of the menu. There will be a few specific learning points throughout the cooking portion of the evening with an emphasis on a delicious meal enjoyed by the group after preparation.  Beer and wine also available for purchase.
