Host an effortless and memorable party this holiday season with some help from TLK and Chef Scott Dicks. This class features recipes to please a wide variety of guest, as well as tips, tricks and delicious recipes for those with dietary concerns that will help you entertain like a chef!

Chef: Scott Dicks, Rural Saskatoon

Menu:

  • Charred jalapeno dip with bread and pickled onion

  • Trout tartare with cucumber and coriander

  • Beets, balsamic, herbed goat cheese and radish

  • Bananas foster, ice cream and toasted rye crumbs

Class Style:

This class is a Night Out style. For a night out class the group comes together to create various parts of the menu. There will be a few specific learning points throughout the cooking portion of the evening with an emphasis on a beautiful three course meal enjoyed by the group after preparation.  Beer and wine available for purchase.
