Bailey Gervais is one of our co-owners here at The Local Kitchen. Her love of food and spreadsheets were the motivation behind a lengthy university phase where she did an undergraduate major in Food and Bioproducts Sciences, a Master in Professional Accounting and holds a CPA designation. Her main jobs at TLK are onboarding and providing support for food business members, financial planning and analysis, private event planning, and taste-testing. Her workshop will focus on break-even costing and planning for profit for food businesses.
