We are proud to introduce the second class in our SaskMade Marketplace "Make it Local" series!  Whether you’re headed up to the cabin for the weekend or having a stay cation in the city, these vegetarian (with vegan options) dishes are easily prepped ahead of time and full of fresh, Saskatchewan ingredients! Chef Jenni will lead the class through a variety of techniques for creating delicious, plant-based dishes using her favourite local ingredients.
