With so much garden bounty available summer is the perfect time to learn how to make a rustic and flavourful Italian meal (complete with fresh pasta!). Recreate these recipes at home to enjoy on the patio with your favourite bottle of wine.

  • Panzanella Salad, with fresh tomatoes, aromatic basil and foccacia bread
  • Fresh-made Pappardelle all’Amatriciana; a traditional sauce with a little heat
  • Bistecca alla Fiorentina; learn to go from sous vide to sauté for this style of steak

Class Style:

This class is a Night Out style. At a night out class the group comes together to create various parts of the menu. There will be a few specific learning points throughout the cooking portion of the evening with an emphasis on a delicious meal enjoyed by the group after preparation.  Beer and wine also available for purchase.
