Join us and learn the secret to making perfect French pastry. Ludovic will teach the class how to make sweet and savoury crust using three different techniques (by hand, food processor, stand mixer). Each person will go home with some of their sweet or savoury dough creations.

Class Style:

This is a Skills Class where the emphasis will be on learning a specific culinary skill. This class will include a light tasting during the class plus samples to take home!
