The first Moroccan class is not a prerequisite for this one, we're doing two because there are so many wonderful dishes to highlight!

- Moroccan beet and lentil soup with pickled cauliflower, toasted cashews and yogurt crème fraiche
- Chicken Tagine with apricots, carrots and saffron served with spiced chickpea fideos (toasted broken pasta)
- Range and date bundt cake served with candied citrus peel and local berry compote
This class is a Night Out style. For a night out class the group comes together to create various parts of the menu. There will be a few specific learning points throughout the cooking portion of the evening with an emphasis on a beautiful three course meal enjoyed by the group after preparation. Beer and wine available for purchase.
