Heading up to the lake this summer? Let Chef Lindsay show you how to take your summer menu up a notch. Please bring your our filleting knife if you have one; you're going to learn how to fillet a whole fish that will be used in these recipes! (Filleting knives provided for those who don't have one)

  • Northern pickerel ceviche, chickpeas, chilli, cilantro
  • Rainbow trout, Buerre blanc, seasonal sides
  • Homemade marshmallow, chocolate, pretzel

Class Style:

This class is a Night Out style but with the added bonus of learning filleting techniques. For a night out class the group comes together to create various parts of the menu. There will be a few specific learning points throughout the cooking portion of the evening with an emphasis on a beautiful three course meal enjoyed by the group after preparation.  Beer and wine available for purchase.
