Join Chef GJ to learn what makes up the fresh and dynamic flavour profiles that make up some of our favourite dishes originating from a variety of Asian countries.

Menu:

  • Marinated raw tuna with edamame purée and wonton crisps

  • Tangerine marinated duck breast with wild rice and oriental vinaigrette

  • Matcha shortbread cookies with black sesame seeds and mango sorbet

Class Style:

This class is a Night Out style. At a night out class the group comes together to create various parts of the menu. There will be a few specific learning points throughout the cooking portion of the evening with an emphasis on a delicious meal enjoyed by the group after preparation.  Beer and wine available for purchase.
