Come learn some traditional greek dishes presented in a gourmet fashion using ingredients that are native to Greece and seasonal to Saskatchewan. And also.... fried cheese.

  • Saganaki - Fried cheese, with sour cherries and pita
  • Pantzarosalata - butter poached trout will beets, tzatziki and pistachio
  •  Kourabiedes - almond cake w/ coriander meringue
