Skills: Preserving 101

Capture all that garden goodness so you can enjoy it all winter long! In this preserving skills class you will be provided with produce and will take home a jar of each item to enjoy at a later time (no eating in this class). Then you can use the skills you learned in the class to transform your own excess produce at home!
