Chef Scott Dicks and Bartender Adrian Chappell are teaming up to invite you to join them for an evening of bourbon enjoyment. During this sit down dinner you will be guided through four courses of food carefully selected to enhance and celebrate the flavours of the bourbon with which it will pair.
