Cooking with Pulses with Brooke Bulloch

Back by popular request! In this class you will be making and enjoying Fiesta Black Bean Salad, Moroccan Chickpea and Veggie Stew,  and Lentil Chocolate Chip Cookies. 

Throughout the night Brooke will guide you through the health benefits of incorporating pulses in your cooking. Pulses, such as beans and lentils, are a rich source of fibre, folate, protein, and iron. Pulses are also a key ingredient for healthy weight managements given that they provide a lasting feeling of fullness and a slow release of energy.
