Cooking with Pulses

In this class Brooke will guide you through the health benefits of incorporating pulses in your cooking. Pulses, such as beans and lentils, are a rich source of fibre, folate, protein, and iron. Pulses are also a key ingredient for healthy weight managements given that they provide a lasting feeling of fullness and a slow release of energy.

Sample recipes: Black Bean Fiesta Salad, Moroccan-Spiced Vegetarian Stew, Lentil, Oat and Chocolate Chip Cookies.
