Intro to Sausage Making

Learn how to grind, mix, stuff, link, and (most importantly) how to cook sausages. This class will teach you bit about the difference between commercially made sausages and proper sausages. At the end of the class you get to take home some of your very own homemade sausages to share with your family and friends!
